Change Log April 26th, 2023
What’s changed?
1. We’ve created a new “How to” video for getting started with Chronicler
Hopefully, getting started with Chronicler is a pretty straightforward process, but Andrew and I know that what is intuitively clear to one person may be hopelessly confusing to another.
We’ve tried some longer (8+ minute) videos in the past to help people learn about Chronicler, but our analytics showed that most folks just weren’t making it through a long video.
Video remains a great communication tool, so we have released an updated, abbreviated “How to use Chronicler” video. This video is only a few minutes long, and covers a lot of ground without feeling rushed or overwhelming.
We’ve added this video to our onboarding process when a new subscriber first logs into Chronicler, but you can also watch it at your convenience and see if it helps to clarify any lingering questions you may have.
2. We’ve created a public “roadmap” for increased transparency
Andrew and I developed Chronicler to be a helpful tool, and your feedback helps us plot our course towards the goal of top notch documentation. To that end, we’ve released a public “roadmap” page on theraphyshelf.com that shows a bit of what we’re considering for the future, and what we’re currently working on.

Feel free to let us know your thoughts on what we have there, and if there’s something that’s missing which would be especially helpful for you.
3. We’ve added over 1,000 additional DSM diagnoses!
Specifically, we’ve added diagnoses statements for the following diagnostic categories:
- Bipolar and related disorders
- Depressive disorders
You can use these in your treatment plans, or find them in progress notes by clicking the “diagnoses” option in the “Identifying Information” section.
