Change Log – January 30th, 2023
Cybersecurity and constant vigilance
The theme for much of this week’s work is cybersecurity. In the course of our normal business, we’re responsible for protecting our systems and the data that they house and transport. To that end, this week we applied security updates and patches, and ran security scans across all of our sites and internal systems. We perform these checks at least once per month, or more often as security needs dictate.
All of this goes on behind the scenes, but I felt that it would be good to mention it in these Change Log posts, as it is an important aspect of keeping our services secure and successful.
But that’s not all we’ve been up to this week. Here’s what’s changed in Chronicler!
What’s changed?
1. We’ve cleaned up some of the punctuation formatting on our treatment plans.
Chronicler now auto formats the ending punctuation for each section, so that there are no extra periods (full stops), commas, or other punctuation at the end of sentences or table cells.
2. We’ve added additional DSM diagnoses
Specifically, we’ve added diagnoses statements for the following diagnostic categories:
- Schizophrenia spectrum and other psychotic disorders
- Personality disorders
- Paraphilic disorders
- Other mental disorders
You can use these in your treatment plans, or find them in progress notes by clicking the “diagnoses” option in the “Identifying Information” section.
– In the coming weeks we’ll be working on more improvements to our treatment planner, and laying the foundation for additional customization of progress note sections.
